Traditional Patisapta Pittha

Hi steem friend, you know I love food. So today I'm sharing a traditional indian and bengali food called patisapta pitta. It's a winter food. Women's made it at winter, actually in Indian and Bangladeshi people celebrate various winter food and patisapta pitha is one of them.

It's main elements are flour, sugar, coconut, suji and various mosla. At first it's need to cooking together suji with sugar and cocunut, after preparing haluya then rolling with bread make patisapta. I just described it briefly. Hope next time try to provide more.... thank you everybody.
