豆腐脑也有叫做豆腐花、豆花等名称的，利用大豆蛋白制成的高养分食品。主要分为甜、咸两种吃法。而在四川，多为咸豆花。这家店名叫桃园眷村，在成都太古里，餐厅性价比极高，每次都要排长队才能吃到。主要经营早餐类食物，这几天会陆续更新这家的美食。我们点的这份豆花，不算辣，咸淡合适，尝起来很滑嫩。

台灣好像沒有鹹豆花，可是有鹹豆漿。做得好的鹹豆漿真的好好吃！
有机会一定要来品尝一下，从来没喝过咸豆浆。
