烤鸭是具有世界声誉的北京著名菜市，其中全聚德和便宜坊的烤鸭最为出名。这是暑假时候在便宜坊拍摄的，鸭肉肉质细嫩，味道醇厚，肥而不腻。尤其是鸭皮特别香，再配上酱料和薄饼一起更美味，剩下的鸭架还可以做成汤。
