Langya potatoes (its shape looks like canine teeth) 🥔 狼牙土豆 (by @mrspointm)

It grew out of Leshan, Sichuan and mainly consists of potatoes, together with other seasonal vegetables. After frying potatoes and other vegetables, people will mix them with other tasty and hot spices. The potatoes are often cut into the shape of waves with a special tool, which looks like canine teeth. So in Chinese, we call it “Langya Potatoes”. It tastes a little spicy and is one of my favorite snacks. It is often sold in small stand in street management, so it can be seen everywhere in Sichuan.

狼牙土豆源自于乐山，主料当然为土豆，通常配以其他时令蔬菜一起炸后再佐以其他香辛料搅拌后食用，它是用特制刀具将土豆切成波浪外型，因酷似犬齿而得名。味道当然以辣为主。它是我最喜欢吃的小吃之一。常常狼牙土豆都是小摊经营，所以可以说在四川的大街小巷都能看到。
