Last time, I introduced Kao Master and wonder if you can remember it. As a foodie, I enjoy tasting all kinds of delicacies and would like to share with you. This restaurant, famous for its amazing pork ribs, was founded in 1999 and now has owned more than ten branches.

上次我介绍了烤匠，不知道大家还有没有印象？作为一个十足的吃货，我喜欢寻觅各式各样的美食，当然也愿意和大家分享最近探寻的美食。这家大嘴巴王排骨，顾名思义以排骨为主要卖点的餐厅。创始于1999年，现在在四川已经有十多家分店了。

Let me show you around the restaurant 我们先来看看餐厅环境

Red lanterns can be seen everywhere and customers can feel the lively atmosphere of the New Year. The entire restaurant is mainly decorated with wood. In a word, it is simple and elegant Chinese style, which is my favorite design style.

餐厅的红灯笼随处可见，让人感受了浓浓的年味。整个餐厅的装潢是木制为主，偏中国风，整体简单大方，是我很喜欢的设计风格。

Menu 菜单

I think the food here has high quanlity and a reasonable price. If you have a chance to go there, it is necessary to order its special pork ribs soup, the first dish, as can be seen from the menu.

这家餐厅性价比还是蛮高的。如果大家有机会去的话，菜单上的第一个招牌汤锅一定要点。

Pork ribs soup with wild mushrooms 山珍野菌排骨汤

This soup,made of prime ribs and northeast wild mushrooms, is our main course. Pig ribs are rich in calcium and collagen, which does good to beauty and physical fitness. In fact, I personally do not like to eat mushroom, too fishy. However, this soup tastes particularly refreshing, letting me drink three bowls.

这道排骨汤以上等排骨、东北野菌为主要原料，是我们的主菜。猪骨富含钙质，胶原蛋白，可以美容，强身健体。其实我个人不是太喜欢吃菌类，因为太腥。但这道汤熬制得特别爽口，让我一连喝了三碗。

Drink a bowl of soup to warm stomach, then try some ribs in the soup, and finally add some optional vegetables. Both stockpot and hot pot need dipping sauce, so customers can make the sauce based on his own taste.

先喝一碗汤暖胃，再尝尝汤里的排骨，最后加一些自选的配菜。汤锅和火锅一样，都需要蘸料，顾客可以各取所需，调制出合自己口味的酱。

Crusty pancake with blown sugar 红糖锅盔

The sweetness of rown sugar in pancake is moderate. It is not such greasy.

锅盔锅盔里的红糖馅甜度适中，吃起来也不会太腻。

Jian jiao chicken feet 尖叫鸡爪

Jian jiao chicken feet is actually spiced chicken feet, which should be the best ones I have ever eaten. Small chives and dried chilli pepper make the whole taste perfect.

尖叫鸡爪其实就是卤鸡爪，这应该是我目前吃过最好吃的鸡爪了。小香葱和干辣椒简直就是点睛之笔，整个味道完美。
