青瓜细卷应该是所以寿司中不那么难做的寿司，需要运用的食材也比较容易买到，通常里面就裹着青瓜或黄瓜。如果不太习惯吃其他寿司，那么青瓜细卷算是比较好的选择，没有特别的味道，尝起来比较清爽。
