Today I want to share this dessert for the entry of food photography challenge.
今天想跟大家分享这道美食作为食物挑战赛作品。

糖人，一种中国传统手工技艺，制作者都挑一个担子，一头是加热用的炉具，另一头是糖料和工具。旁边有一个小转盘，转到什么就做什么出来，价钱都是一样的。这个是小时候的记忆，每次放学路过小摊，总会试试手气看能不能转出龙，2毛钱一次。

Thanks. It is made of sugar and heated on a platform. Then the seller makes this melting sugar into different kinds of shapes or figures. Taste sweety.

忘了，好像也叫这个名字啊。。。
记得还有一种是往糖里吹起手捏出造型。
