Pancake 锅贴

Dear Steemians,

Today I want to share this dish with you and it's also for the entry of food photography challenge.

今天想跟大家分享这道美食作为食物挑战赛作品。

有一类食物就是看着很普通，其实味道很不错，这份锅贴就属于这样的美食。我猜这种饼应该是从锅的边缘往下浇，尽量均匀，待饼成形即可，于是就会有上薄下厚的外形。锅贴的味道甜甜的，但甜度控制得很好，很美味。
