Jellied bean curd 豆腐脑

Today I want to share this snack for the entry of food photography challenge.
今天想跟大家分享这道美食作为食物挑战赛作品。
Jellied bean curd is one of Chinese traditional snacks. It exists in both the south and the north. Northerners favor salty food, while our southerners like sour and spicy food(as you can see from the pictures above). I have only eaten sour and spicy jellied bean curd, which is made from soya beans. It is rich in nutrition and can be considered as our breakfast.
豆腐脑属于中国传统小吃,南北方都有,北方喜爱咸食,南方喜爱酸辣。我只吃过南方的豆腐脑(从上图中可以看出这一点)。豆腐脑是一种用黄豆制作的小吃,颇有营养,当作早餐吃也很不错。
