For several days, my food posts haven't been updated, so today I will introduce some delicious snacks in Sichuan.
好几天没有推荐美食了，今天将要介绍的都是美味小吃。

House special pancake 蛋烘糕

In my childhood impression, it is a magical and delicious snack.It is made of eggs and flour. The stuffing in the cake differs. Beef, pork, sesame, dried meat floss and even cream can be added. It is derived from Chengdu snacks. If you come to Sichuan, do remember to taste it.
蛋烘糕在我从小的印象就是很神奇很美味的小吃，皮儿是甜的，馅儿是咸的，甚至可以加奶油，融合在一起竟如此美味。蛋烘糕是源自成都的名小吃，到了四川一定要品尝一下蛋烘糕。

Langya potatoes (its shape looks like canine teeth) 狼牙土豆

It grew out of Leshan,Sichuan. It mainly consists of potatoes, together with other seasonal vegetables. After frying potatoes and other vegetables, people will mix them with other tasty and hot spices. The potatoes are often cut into the shape of waves with a special tool, which looks like canine teeth. So in Chinese, we call it “Langya Potatoes”. It tastes a little spicy and is one of my girl’s favorite snacks. It is often sold in small stand in street management, so it can be seen everywhere in Sichuan.
狼牙土豆源自于乐山，主料当然为土豆，通常配以其他时令蔬菜一起炸后再佐以其他香辛料搅拌后食用，它是用特制刀具将土豆切成波浪外型，因酷似犬齿而得名。味道当然以辣为主。它是我女朋友最喜欢吃的小吃之一。常常狼牙土豆都是小摊经营，所以可以说在四川的大街小巷都能看到。

Liangpi (cold rice noodles) 凉皮

It originated in Shaanxi, which has a history of two thousand years, but now it has been widespread throughout our country, becoming a best-selling snack in summer. Sichuan Liangpi has its own characteristics, but I prefer the taste in the northwest, perhaps because I was brought up in the northwest. If you come to Chengdu, I’d like to recommend a good restaurant, located in the negative second floor of CHICONY Square on Chengdu Chunxi Road. Its name is Liangpi in the Northwest.
凉皮本源自陕西，传说距今已有两千多年历史，但现在早已传遍全中国，成为夏日畅销小吃。四川的凉皮有自己的特点，但我更喜欢西北口味的凉皮，也许这跟我从小在西北地区长大有关系。如果你们以后来到四川成都，我推荐一家不错的凉皮店，位于成都春熙路群光广场负二楼，店名大西北凉皮。
