White rice with curry sauce and chicken

Do you like Curry? for me absolutely, it's my favorite dish I prepare it almost every week.You will love this recipe super easy to do and also a delight that will take you to the depths of Indian culture, where spices, colors and smells meet.

Bring 7 cups of water to a boil saucepan. Stir in rice and salt. Once cooked, drain it, and keep it warm.( For know how much cups of water u need, i use 3cups of water for one cup of rice)

Peel the onions and slice them. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the sliced onions. When they start to take some color, add the chicken. Let it a few minutes.

Add the chicken broth and let it simmer for few minutes. Finally add the cream, (a lot of ) curry, chopped parsley. Mix well and simmer 2 min. And for finish add a little bit of salt and peper.

Let the prepartion rest before serving.
