How to Make Pumpkin Brownies | Easy Homemade Pumpkin Brownie Recipe

Time for another baking video. In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I will show you how to make Pumpkin Brownies. This homemade pumpkin brownie recipe is really easy to make and perfect for the Fall season, or any time you are craving a pumpkin dessert. If I can make it you can make it, let's get baking!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of white granulated sugar (337g)
4 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour (plain flour) (256g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 tsp baking soda (5g)
1 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree (canned) (280g)
1/4 cup oil (vegetable, etc.) (60mL)
1 tsp. ground cinnamon (5g)
1 tsp. ground cloves or pumpkin pie spice (5g)
1/2 cup of unsalted butter (115g)
1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips (175g)
Topping:
semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

9x9 baking pan or 11x7 for thicker brownies, or bigger pan for thinner brownies.

just to see it, my mouth watering, the pumpkin pie is my favorite, I like to do it with a caramel base, similar to the flan, it looks great, but with chocolate sparks I have not tried it, no doubt , I think I'll try it, thanks for the recipe, Regards!
