Easy Pumpkin Bread Recipe
Hello DTube and Steemians!
Time for another baking video. In this episode of In the Kitchen with Matt I will show you how to make a yummy pumpkin bread. Tis the season for pumpkin related foods! This recipe for homemade pumpkin bread is really easy to make, if I can do it, you can do it. Let's get baking!

Ingredients:
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp. of baking soda
1/2 tsp. of baking powder
1/2 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of ground cinnamon
1 tsp. of ground cloves
1 tsp. of nutmeg
3/4 cup of unsalted butter
2 cups of white granulated sugar
15 oz of pure pumpkin (425 g)
Tools:
hand mixer
spatula
bowls
(2) 8x4 pans (greased and dusted with flour)

Hmm it's that time of the year again. Though pumpkins seem to be in season all year long here!
lol :) Yes they can be in season all year round here when getting the pumpkin from a can...lol :)

Say what??? That sounds and looks delicious.... But for sure I wouldn't be able to do it... My baking skills left me as I grow up. Used to love it when I was younger but now can't even remember when it was the last time I have baked something.
