How to make amazing homemade cinnamon raisin bread no mixer.jpg

Hello, in this article and video, I will show you how to make an Amazing Homemade Cinnamon Raisin Bread. This cinnamon raisin bread recipe is dear to my heart, it is my mom's recipe. When I was a teenager I used to make several small loaves of this cinnamon raisin bread, and then my mom would take them to her work and sell them for me. I used that money that I earned to buy Christmas presents. This recipe is really easy to make, if I can do it, you can do it. Enjoy!

Here I am at age 17 making this bread so my mom could take it to work and sell it. I had a habit of flexing my arms back then. And I had much more hair.

When it comes to adding flour, a little at a time is the best way, don't just dump it all in. :)

Lol yes I still hand knead my dough. Someday I may get a KitchenAid. But hey at least I burn a few calories kneading.

I am always excited to see that my dough has risen!

A little egg wash basted on top, gives you a nice outer crust.

If you don't want the tops this dark, just cover with aluminum foil while baking. :)

Bake the cinnamon raisin bread at 375 degrees F (190 C) for 30 to 40 minutes until it is nice and brown on the top, and it sounds kind of hallow when you flick/thump the top of it.

Above are just a few hints and tips and pictures watch the video tutorial to catch all of the steps.
