Meat Loaf

Classic Glazed Meatloaf served with Mashed Potatoes and Peas. A top American comfort food. This recipe is made from scratch but is simple, moist and delicious.

Optionally add Sriracha to the glaze to give it a kick.

Ingredients:
2 tbs Vegetable or Canola Oil
1 Copped Onion
1/2 Chopped Bell Pepper
3 lbs Ground Beef (recommend 80/20)
1/3 Cup Milk
2 Cups Plain Bread Crumbs
3 Eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste

For Glaze:
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2-3 Tsp Sriracha (optional)
