This Low Carb Cabbage and Kielbasa Soup with beans is an easy and hearty winter meal full of amazing flavors. Potatoes can also be added if desired. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1/2 Lb. Smoked Sausage
1 Onion
2 Carrots
4 Celery Stalks
Cabbage (Approx 1/4 Head)
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Black Pepper
1 Tbs Chicken Flavored Better Than Bouillion
3 Tbs Olive Oil
15 oz. Canned Tomatoes
15 oz. canned white beans
1 Qt. Filtered Water
Fresh Parsley

Salt to taste at end if necessary.
