Polish Sausage (Kielbasa) with rice, peppers and onions (a.k.a. Dirty Rice). This simple hardy one pot meal is delicious and perfect for a busy week night.

Ingredients:

1/2 Lb. (approx.) Polish Keilbasa
1 Onion
1 Bell Pepper
1 Cup Rice
1 Tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 Tsp Oregano
2 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Tsp Better then Bouillon (or 1 Bouillon Cube)
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Fresh Cilantro for Garnish
