Healthy Breakfast Smoothie
What do you need for your healthy breakfast:
• 3 tablespoons of oatmeal
• a handful of almonds
• 1 tablespoon of peanut or almond butter
• 1,5 glasses of almond milk
• 1 ripe banana
• a handful of spinach
• a teaspoon of goji fruit
In the evening, pour the almond milk into oatmeal and almond flakes. In the morning, add peanut butter, fresh spinach and banana. Mix the whole. Pour into a glass and decorate with goji berries.
