I live in B.C Canada and was actually born in Quebec, but I am not french only speak english. thanks, im glad you liked it ! usually for the authentic "Poutine" You would top your fries with Curd Cheese chunks, then a Hot chicken sauce or gravy. but curd cheese is expensive and hard to find out here sometimes, so just putting gravy on your fries and topping with grated cheese you have on hand works just as well, try it you will love it!😋😋😋💕
