Acelga al horno
Ingredientes:
3 tazas de acelga cocida y picada. 1 cebolla grande
1/2 cucharadita de orégano picado. 2 huevos
1 cucharada de perejil picado. 4 dientes de ajo
2 cucharada de aceite Sal a su gusto
Preparación:
En el aceite se denota la cebolla, se retira del fuego y se agrega la acelga, el perejil, la sal, los ajos picados y el orégano. Se deja enfriar un poco y se agregan los huevos batidos. Se vuelca en una asadera aceitada y se cocina en el horno moderado durante 20 minutos.
