Puré de berenjenas. Fácil preparación.
Puré de berenjenas
Ingredientes:
3 tazas de pulpa de berenjenas asadas. 3 dientes de ajo
1 cucharada de perejil picado sal a tu gusto
2 cucharadas de aceite
Preparación:
La pulpa de berenjenas se deshace y bate bien, se le agrega el perejil, los ajos, el aceite y la sal. Se sigue batiendo hasta que todo quede bien suave. Este puré es muy agradable.
