Carrot croquettes 


Ingredients:


¾ Kilo of carrots                         2 eggs 

1 large onion                                 breadcrumbs 

2 tablespoons flour                     oil and salt to your liking 

3 cloves garlic                             1 teaspoon orégan or chopped


Preparation: 


The carrots are cooked and passed through a crushing press to make it puree, add the well chopped onion, crushed garlic, beaten eggs, flour, oregano and salt. Croquettes are formed, passed through breadcrumbs and placed in a rociandolaed pan with oil. They are taken to the oven for gilding.
