Buckwheat salad vegan
Hello this is my light breakfast or lunch recipe
Ingredients:
- 40 g buckwheat pasta
- 3 tbsp tinned chickpeas
- steamed Chickpeas
- chickpeas
- 1 tomatotoes (or some cherry)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tsp black seed sesame
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Cook pasta, dice cucumber and tomatoe, add chickpeas, pour olive oil, salt and pepper. Voila!
