1 can of condensed milk
1 can of liquid milk, the same as condensed milk.
A touch of any liquor.
A touch of vanilla.
These ingredients are liquefied until they are completely mixed.
1 cup of sugar.
1/2 cup of water
The sugar and water are thrown into the cheese cellar and put on the fire, it is expected to start boiling, when it takes the consistency of caramel it is lowered from the fire and the cheese is given movements, so that the candy completely permeates the container. In it the mixture of the previous liquefied is poured, it is covered and it is put in a water bath for 45 minutes.
Once the time has passed, it is taken out of the water, it waits for it to cool and in the same cheese store it is put in the fridge so that it compacts and we can demold easily, without it breaking.
