In The Netherlands on Wednesday’s, it is Minced Meat Day
By most of the butchers, the minced meat is on offer on this day 💰
You can now buy minced meat every day in the supermarket or by the butcher
But that has not always been this way…..

❄ No Refrigerator ❄

In earlier days: when the residual meat 🥩from the animals that were slaughtered on Mondays 🔪and boned on Tuesday was sold on Wednesday
People don't have refrigerators at home
👩🏽‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳They bought their meat fresh and prepared it on the same day when it was bought👩🏽‍🍳👨🏽‍🍳

Wednesday is Minced Meat Day
