I'm looking forward to reading more. I used to live in Singapore and I miss the food so much! I get hungry just thinking about it :)
That's awesome..I checked out your profile, and it seems like you've lived/are living in quite a number of countries.. :) Was that stint in Singapore due to the exposure you had as a journalist/editor/translator, or did the hospitality industry send you there? hehe
