Galleta de avena
Ingredientes
200 gr. de mantequilla
5 gr. de bicarbonato de sodio
200 gr. de azúcar
6 gr. de sal
220 gr. de azúcar morena
2 huevos
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
250 gr. de harina de trigo
3 gr. de canela molida
245 gr. de avena en hojuelas
Preparación
En un bowl, mezclar con paleta o cuchara de madera la mantequilla y los azúcares. Agregar los huevos uno por uno y luego la vainilla.
Mezclar los ingredientes secos con la harina y agregar al bowl.
Precalentar el horno a 190°C. Engrasar una bandeja.
Hacer bolas de masa del tamaño aproximado de una nuez y colocar separadas 5 centímetros entre sí. Aplana ligeramente.
Hornea de 8 a 10 minutos. Cuando doren, deja reposar 5 minutos antes de sacar de la bandeja.
Tip: Puedes agregar pasas o chispas de chocolate para un toque extra de sabor.
Estas deliciosas galletas son muy fáciles de preparar y son ideales para que nuestros pequeñitos desayunen o lleven en su lonchera, se pueden acompañar con leche i un delicioso café, disfrútenla.
