HOW TO PREPARE A PAELLA OF CHICKEN WITH SHRIMP

Hello my dear friends of Steemit. For today I bring you a delicious dish that mixes the incredible flavors of the sea and the land. Yes, and to achieve this exquisiteness we will use chicken, shrimp, and rice as the main ingredients, with the purpose of preparing a rich "Paella de Pollo con Camarones". No doubt it is a perfect combination that gives off great aroma, and awakens all our senses, being pleasant to the palate, and that is ideal to serve as a main meal for lunch. Noting that this recipe does not require large amounts of ingredients as in other paellas.

Ingredients:

• ½ chicken chopped into pieces.
• 20 shrimps already cleaned.
• ½ green paprika
• 2 garlic.
• 1 tomato.
• 1 large onion.
• 6 cups of whole rice.
• 12 cups of seafood broth.
• Oil.
• Salt.
• Onoto powder.


Preparation process:

• The first thing to do is add salt to the chicken, and leave it in a clay pot, with a little oil.

• While the chicken is cooking, we chop the onions, the peppers and the garlic.

• Once the chicken is golden, remove it from the casserole and then fry the paprika and onion.

• At the same time prepare the seafood broth with the heads of the shrimp, adding water and a little salt, placing it on a low heat until it boils.

• Once the paprika, the onion are ready we add them to the casserole the tomato and the garlic chopped into pieces so that they release their juice.

• Then add the chicken already golden with the broth and seafood, with a pinch of powdered onoto and salt, until it manages to boil.

• Once the broth is boiling, add the amount of rice, stir well and let it cook for about 10 minutes.

• Then add the shrimp to the pan and let it cook until the broth dries. At this time it is not recommended that you remove its contents.

• Once the broth has evaporated, cover the pan with a cloth and let it rest for about 5 minutes until the rice absorbs all the liquid.
