Greetings Friends of Steemit, today I bring a very simple recipe, with few ingredients an option for dinner or eat without guilt, full fiber, protein, with few ingredients and very easy to prepare:

Healthy Hamburger Bread.






The fiber helps to reduce the cholesterol in the blood and accumulation of toxins in the organism, also to eat foods rich in fiber help to avoid the constipation, favoring the instestinal traffic, the fiber helps to decrease the absorption of fats and sugars.

The protein helps to increase muscle mass, it is used in our body for the formation of tendons, muscles, tissues and organs.

Hamburger Bread FIT 🍔 without flour, gluten free, low carb. Suitable for celiacs, diabetics, hypertensive, allergic and other special diets.

Ingredients (2 units):


  • 1 large zucchini.
  • 1 Big Carrot.
  • 100 grams of cooked protein (we use cottage cheese, but you can use chicken, meat or others).
  • 1 teaspoon oil.
  • 1 egg.
  • Salt, sesame and spices to taste.


Preparation:


1.- Remove the skin of the carrot and the tips of the zucchini. Grate with fine grater.





2.- Remove the excess liquid with the help of a strainer.



It should look like this.

Reserve the fiber.



3.- Sauté the fiber in the oil for 5 minutes at high heat.





4.- Add the grated or shredded protein.





5.- Add the white, spices, salt and mix.





6.- Press with your hands until you get a manageable dough.





7.- Form the hamburger bread.





8.- Place on a greased tray, paint with the yolk and sprinkle the sesame.





9.- Bake in preheated oven at 250 ° C for 30 to 35 min.



10.- Open in half and fill to your liking.
