Strawberry Tart(Photoshoot and Recipe).

Hello dear friends!! Strawberry tart is an incredibly tasty and beautiful dessert and today I want to show you his cooking recipe and share a few photos.

The basis of the pie is a crumbly dough, incredibly soft and friable. Filling is fresh strawberries in sweet syrup.

Recipe

For the test:

150 g of butter

4 tbsp. Spoons of sugar

1 yolk

250-300 g of flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

For filling:

350 g strawberries

3 tbsp. Spoons of sugar

1 tbsp. Spoon of starch

100 ml of water

Cooking method:

Butter slightly melt. Add the yolk and sugar to the melted butter. All mix well. Add the baking powder. Then add half the flour and mix everything. Gradually add the rest of the flour and knead the dough. The dough should be soft. Lubricate shape with butter. Dough to distribute in shape and make grooves. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

To fill the strawberries put in the saucepan add water and sugar. Put on the fire and cook stirring until the mixture becomes thick. Starch dilute in a small amount of water and add to the strawberry. All mix well. When the mixture becomes thick, remove it from the plate and allow it to cool. Put the filling on the base of the dough. Ready the pie to cool and you can brew fresh tea and enjoy!
