Cookies with chocolate chip.

Chocolate chip cookies - perhaps the most delicious cookies from those that can be made at home without a large pastry skills. Simple, but tasty unrealistic.

A simple recipe for cookies with chocolate chips will allow you to easily bake really delicious cookies at home. Neither the time nor the energy do not need a lot of things quickly enough and simply. But the effect of his own baked cookies stunning! Try it - you will not regret;)

 Ingredients

300 g flour

- 1/2 tsp soda

- 2/3 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 150 g butter

- 250 g sugar 

- 1 egg

- 1 tsp vanilla sugar

- 200 g of dark chocolate 

Cooking method

1. Sift flour and baking soda, baking powder and salt. 

2.  Oil and sugar stir for 3 minutes, until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla sugar, stir again.

3.  Add the flour mixture, mix well.

4.  Chop finely chocolate. Add chocolate dough. Mix everything.

5.  Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put on a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Take out the dough. Separating the total weight of the pieces and form beads of medium size. Share on the laid parchment or foil baking sheet at a distance of 8-10 cm from each other.

6.  Put the baking sheet in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until lightly golden brown, about 20 minutes.

Cookies increases in volume after a few minutes, it looks magical :)!
