Recipe: "BROWNIES WITH COOKIES OREO"(Recipe and Food Photos).

Today I continue my experiments with chocolate and want to offer you a recipe for a super view of chocolate brownies with chunks of Oreo cookies. This dessert is especially pleasant to those who loves chocolate.

This recipe is very simple. You can also add to the brownie nuts, candied fruits, chocolate or any berries.

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

Sugar - 150 g

Eggs - 3 pcs

Dark chocolate - 200 g

Cocoa - 100 g

Butter - 150 g

Flour - 80 g

Cookies Oreo - 100g

COOKING METHOD:

In a deep bowl, beat eggs with sugar and add the cocoa. Melt in a water bath of butter and chocolate. Then add the eggs to the chocolate mass. All stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Next, add the flour and mix all until smooth. Prepare a form for cupcakes and its Cover the paper molds. Pour the chocolate mass for cups and lay on top of pieces of pastry. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.Make sure that brownie is not dried up, inside it must remain moist.
