Pancakes with Strawberry Syrup🍓

This morning I decided to make delicious pancakes for breakfast. Pancakes are especially pleasant to cook in the early morning. Today I decided to add strawberry syrup and chocolate pieces to the pancakes.

The whole process of cooking pancakes is very simple and you do not need much time to prepare the dough. For me, the most pleasant thing is to knead the dough and add ingredients.

I also like to cook pancakes in a frying pan, add dough to the pan and watch pancakes acquire a ruddy crust.

Strawberry syrup gives the pancakes a special aroma and berry flavor with chocolate is very tasty.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
50 g butter
1 l milk
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2.5 cups flour
strawberry syrup to taste
chocolate to taste

Cooking:

Mix eggs with sugar. Add vanilla and a pinch of salt. Mix everything again.
Then add soft butter and milk. To mix everything.
Gradually add flour and knead the dough.
Heat the frying pan on the stove and smear with vegetable oil. Add two tablespoons of dough to the pan.
Bake pancakes on each side for about one minute.
Put pancakes on a plate in a stack. Add chocolate chips and pour over strawberry syrup.
