Lasagne with minced Meat - just a perfect Lunch or Dinner(Photos and Story).

Today I want to show a recipe for a very tasty and hearty dish - "Lasagna with minced meat". Lasagna is great for lunch or dinner.

Lasagne with minced meat is the most popular variant. In my opinion, this is quite deserved, as the dish really turns out very tasty. I used dry plates that do not need to be pre-cooked.

Recipe

Ingredients:

Onion - 1 pc.

Olive oil - 40 ml

Minced beef and pork stuffing - 500 g

Salt ½ tsp

Black pepper - ¼ tsp

Tomato puree - 500 g

Wheat flour - 40 g

Milk - 400 ml

Butter - 50 g

Lasagna (sheets) - 10 pcs.

Cheese - 50 g

Preparation:

Cut the onion into cubes using a knife and fry in olive oil until golden. Add the minced meat to the onions and fry everything together until the meat is ready. Add salt and pepper to taste. When the mince is ready, add the tomato puree. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes to evaporate excess liquid. At the end, add greens. To make béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add flour, mix. In the hot mixture, slowly add cold milk. At this time, the dish is best removed from the fire. When adding milk, put the sauce on a slow fire and cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. When the sauce thickens, add salt and pepper and remove from heat. The form should be oiled, put lasagna sheets on the bottom of the form, and put a little bitameless sauce on top. For béchamel sauce, put minced meat, cover with a lasagna leaf and alternate the layers until you reach the desired height. The last layer must be bechamel sauce. Sprinkle the lasagna with grated cheese and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated to 190 degree oven.

Ready to get the lasagna from the oven, let stand for 10 minutes, then you can cut into portions.
