Hello dear friends! Eclairs are a very popular and delicious cakes, which is prepared from a custard batter. The recipe is very simple to prepare and can decorate your table. It takes 20 minutes to bake the cakes. The cakes is made with a crispy crust and with a delicious flavor of a custard batter.

While baking cakes you can easily cook a delicious creamy cream. And here you have in your hands a real work of art of - eclairs with a delicate cream.

Recipe

Ingredients:

Milk - 85 g

Water 85 g

Butter - 70 g

Flour - 120 g

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Salt, sugar - a pinch

Cream:

Cream - 85 ml

Sugar powder - 100 g

Preparation:

In the saucepan combine milk, water and butter. Put the saucepan on medium heat and wait until the butter completely dissolves into the liquid. Then add a pinch of salt and sugar. In the mixture, pour in flour and mix well. Return the mass to the fire and stir until the dough rolls into the bowl. 

Then remove the dough from the fire and add the eggs. All mix well. As a result, a smooth and homogeneous mass of dough should be obtained. Transfer the dough into a culinary bag and lay out the dough circles on a form covered with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 170 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until a crust is formed.

Then cook the cream. Beat chilled cream with powdered sugar. Eclairs decorate with cream and connect with each other.

Eclairs sprinkle with powdered sugar and you can brew tea and enjoy the taste of stunning eclairs.

Eclairs with cream are simply amazingly delicious. The dough turns thin and fragile, and inside is an unimaginable amount of delicate cream that melts in your mouth giving away your scents.
