Cookies with apricot Jam(Recipe and Food Photos).

Everyone loves tasty cookies with a cup of tea or coffee, as well as children with a glass of fresh milk. Especially tasty cookies, which is done at home and with the soul. For cooking, we need a dough and a filling of apricot jam.

Without much effort, you can prepare these cute cookies. Unusual cookies are friable, with characteristic granularity, and apricot jam gives a rich taste.

Recipe

Ingredients:

Apricot jam - 150 g

Flour - 350 g

Butter - 130 g

Sugar - 100 g

Eggs - 1 pc.

Egg yolk - 1 pc.

Baking Powder - 1 tsp.

Salt - pinch

Preparation:

Cut the cold oil into small pieces. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder, add oil, mix again well. Add sugar, whisk egg and egg yolk. Stir to get a homogeneous dough.

Roll out the dough into strips 5-6 cm in diameter, wrap in foil and place in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Hot wet knife cut the dough into mugs 2 cm thick and put on baking.

Use your thumb to make the center of each biscuit cookie, a small spoon to lay out just a little jam. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.


Shortbread cookie with jam is ready! Now you need to give it a little cool, and it can be served with tea or milk.
