Cherry Biscuits(Recipe and Food Photos).
Today I wanted to bake something using a lot of berries and I came up with a very simple and delicious recipe from a delicate thin dough and a lot of berry stuffing.
Thin dough using a lot of berry stuffing I think will please a lot. As a filling, I used a frozen cherry, I think it was perfect for this test.

Recipe
Sift flour with salt and sugar. Then add pieces of butter and mix everything. Pour in cold water and knead the dough (if water is not enough, you can add a small amount). The dough should be rather dense. Finish the dough wrap with a film and remove it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Cherry clear of bones. Add sugar, lemon juice and starch to the cherry. All mix well.
Then from the dough roll out small round layers. For each layer of the test lay out 2 tablespoons of cherry filling and wrap the edges of the dough. Ready-made biscuits are put in a baking dish with sprinkled flour and greased with a small amount of beaten egg. Bake biscuits at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
Cherry biscuits sprinkled with powdered sugar and can be served to the table!
