Apples - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 4 tbsp. Spoons
Flour 1/2 cup
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sour Cream - 1/2 cup
Vegetable oil - 30 ml
Separate the proteins from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with sugar. Then add the sour cream with flour and beat until the lumps dissolve. Beat the proteins in a lush foam and gradually add to the test, mixing everything well. The result should be a thick and flowing dough.
Next, prepare the apples. I took the red sweet apples. Previously they need to be washed. Then you need to cut the apples into small circles and cut the middle with a special shape or with a sharp little glass.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Cut the dipped apples into the batter and fry them on both sides in vegetable oil.
