Lunch Time - Crispy Pata and Prawns

Who doesn't like a food? Weve seen many type of food here in steemit and today Id like to share with you Filipino Dish that you will surely like.

Today, this is our food for lunch..

Crispy Pata
Boil with salt and water, then place to freezer for overnight, then fried the whole meat for about 1 to 2 hours and viola! one of the best Filipino Dish - Crispy Pata as we call it and best serve with soy sauce. This part of the meat is the Pig trotters or Knuckles.

The raw portion of this meat is about $5 in the market but when you bought this in the Restaurant, it ranges between $8 to $12. This is usually one of the famous food in many Restaurant here. This is also best served with cold beer...

Single Prawn

A piece of big Prawn in a bunch of shrimps. Boil in a salt and water, this is one of my favorite dish. A piece of prawn is enough to make me full for the day. Serve with soy sauce with chili and onions, you will not stop asking for more. Delicious dish.
