Refreshing apple smoothie

Ingredients for 1 serving:

• ½ banana;
• ½ apple;
• 2 tablespoons coarse oatmeal;
• 1 cup of cow or almond milk;
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon;
• 3 cube of ice.
  
  

Preparation

• Banana pre-freeze, and cut apples.
• Place all ingredients in the bowl of the blender and grind until smooth.
• Add all ingredients to the blender and mix well.
• Add more maple syrup or spices if desired.
• Can be served warm or cold.
