"Kegs" of courgettes with minced meat

A hearty and simple dish, which also looks spectacular on the table.

Ingredients

• 3 small zucchini;
• sunflower oil for frying;
• 1 onion;
• 1 carrot;
• 500 g ground meat;
• 1 bunch of parsley;
• 1 bunch of dill;
• Salt and black ground pepper - to taste;
• 50 g of hard cheese.
  
  

Preparation

Squash is washed and cut into pieces 3-4 cm high. The larger the diameter of the vegetable, the lower the "kegs" should be. Using a spoon or a knife, remove the flesh, leaving the "bottom". Do not discard the pulp.

Fry onion and carrots on sunflower oil. At the end, season with salt, pepper and add pulp from zucchini and minced meat. When the mince is browned, add chopped greens.

Fill the mince with zucchini. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Sprinkle each "barrel" with grated cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven, heated to 180 ° C.
