Japanese style sandwiches

In Osaka area we love our own version of egg salad sandwiches. It's almost like a plain omelette cooked with salt and Butter And rolled slowly layer by later to create a soft layered fluffy egg roll that is put in sandwiches. It's amazing so please try it!
