Di siang yang sangat panas ini saya ingin memperkenalkan kue khas tradisional Aceh, yaitu kue "sarang burung " atau dalam bahasa aceh disebut "keukarah"
Kue ini sangat sering dijumpai pada hari hari yang penting, seperti hari raya idul fitri, hari raya idul adha, acara adat, dan sering dijadikan sebagai hantaran dari pihak laki-laki kepada pihak perempuan pada pesta pernikahan.
Kue ini disebut kue sarang burung dikarenakan bentuknya yang menyerupai sarang burung.
Keukarah terbuat dari campuran tepung dan santan, rasanya manis, renyah, gurih, dan garing.
Keukarah bentuknya seperti lembing atau bulan sabit, karena bentuknya yang unik dan rasanya pun yang sangat enak keukarah sering dijadikan Oleh-oleh oleh pengunjung yang datang ke aceh dan bisa dibawa kemana saja.
Alat alat yang diperlukan :
Kompor
Baskom
Cetakan batok kepala
Saringan dandang
Bahan bahannya :
Tepung beras
Gula pasir
Air
Minyak goreng
Cara pembuatannya :
Campurkan tepung dan gula, lalu diaduk hingga rata sambil menambahkan sedikit demi sedikit air hingga adonan mengental.
Adonan harus rata dan kental agar dapat turun dari cetakan saat digoreng.
Masukkan adonan kedalam cetakan batok kelapa, lalu digoreng sambil memutar melingkari wajah hingga dianggap sudah cukup tebal.
Jika sudah matang angkat dan tiriskan lalu bentuk sesuai selera. 😊

Tools needed: Stove Basin Mold shaft Sieve of dandang Ingredients : Rice flour Sugar Water Cooking oil How to manufacture: Combine the flour and sugar, then stir well until adding a little water until the dough thickens. The dough should be flat and thick so you can get out of the mold when fried. Put the dough into the coconut shell mold, then fried while rotating around the face until it is considered quite thick.
