Avocado On Toast -- Best Way To Start The Day
Everyone has this at some point. Waking up in the morning with not much stuff to eat in the pantry. This morning I had this issue. All that I found was half an avocado, a tomato and a few slices of semi-stale bread.
I didn't want to waste the bread so I decided on toast. And I was lucky, avocado and tomato on toast is quite a breakfast if you ask me. Add some good coffee and shazam, I made myself a nice breakfast with minimum effort!
I mean look at this! Doesn't this look good?
I'm happy I didn't have to waste that bread and having a simple but tasteful meal!
