That's an awesome idea! All of it actually... Spiderman salad, frozen coconut milk... the lot!
I used to freeze veggies for our kids when they were just weaning. It was better for them than the packet 'dinners' you could get and just as convenient.
Yeah, I'm always keen on cooking in bulk and tossing some in the freezer. It's not much more work, and saves work later. As well, of course, as being healthier.
