Are you aware of an oil that is more concentrated than MCT oil - it actually lets you burn a few ketones while eating carbs?

Called Brain Octane oil, I put it in lots of foods.

It's hard to eat a ketogenic diet all the time, and Brain Octane helps on those off days.

It's actually super easy; that's why I coach people on how to do it. MCT is amazing but fat does not put ou in ketosis it's the lack of insulin. The brain does love MCT
