Philippines rice cake #2
Hi fellow Steemians,
Let me share another rice cake from the Philippines called sapin sapin. It's made of layered rice flour, sugar and coconut milk dash with toasted desiccated coconut flakes. So delicious😊. Of all the rice cakes this is my favorite I can eat a whole box of this in just one sitting..lol😄.
