About three years ago, I began to carefully monitor my diet, because it is a component of a healthy body and our beauty.

But how to combine healthy food with your favorite food?
The main thing in the diet is the correct distribution of calories.

I developed a special diet and meals that helped me lose weight by 8 kilograms in 5 months. I also used most of my favorite foods.
This is one of my favorite salads. I often eat it for lunch with orange juice.
Avocado, chicken, salad mix, cucumber, crackers and honey dressing. It's nothing complicated, but very tasty and low-calorie. Be sure to try!
