Hmmmm... yummy! I also make the same salad, I have a good recipe I got from a lebanese baker when we were expats in Nigeria. She also gave me her hummus recipe that to date I always follow... Only in her recipe, she uses less bulgur and much more parsley, still yummy though.... Thanks!
