Rosehips are wonderful! I've collected too to make teas.. the only thing that is difficult to remove is the hair inside.. it's just that I'm so lazy to do the cleaning . I have not tried making the jellies.. Thanks for the inspirations.

it is a bit of work removing the hairs but worth it for the benefits! Some recipes do a good enough job of straining the pulp (using a thick cloth for example) that you don't have to remove the hairs by hand.
